Step 1: Confirm Selected Team Member
Once a team member is selected, Chardè or The Admin Team completes the Staff | Grant Writing Offer Form in SuiteDash.
Step 2: Email Notifications and Offer Letter
A series of automated email notifications will be triggered:
New User Registered: Sent to the Admin Team to notify them of the new registration.
Offer Letter: Automatically generated and sent to the new team member, including an Independent Contract for them to review and e-sign.
Step 3: Contract Status and Notifications
If Contract is Voided: The new team member will receive an email notifying them that the contract is voided.
If Contract is Signed:
The new team member will automatically receive the Onboarding Team Email. This email includes:
The Onboarding Questionnaire
A copy of the signed contract
Step 4: Onboarding Questionnaire Completion
Onboarding Questionnaire: The new team member completes the questionnaire as part of their onboarding.
Upon completion, an email confirmation is sent to the team member.
Daily Reminders: If the questionnaire is not completed, The Admin Team will send daily reminders to the team member to ensure timely completion.
