This tutorial will guide you through the onboarding process for new team members in Suite Dash.

Step 1: Confirm Selected Team Member

  • Once a team member is selected, Chardè or The Admin Team completes the Staff | Grant Writing Offer Form in SuiteDash.

Step 2: Email Notifications and Offer Letter

  • A series of automated email notifications will be triggered:

    • New User Registered: Sent to the Admin Team to notify them of the new registration.

    • Offer Letter: Automatically generated and sent to the new team member, including an Independent Contract for them to review and e-sign.

Step 3: Contract Status and Notifications

  • If Contract is Voided: The new team member will receive an email notifying them that the contract is voided.

  • If Contract is Signed:

    • The new team member will automatically receive the Onboarding Team Email. This email includes:

      • The Onboarding Questionnaire

      • A copy of the signed contract

Step 4: Onboarding Questionnaire Completion

  • Onboarding Questionnaire: The new team member completes the questionnaire as part of their onboarding.

    • Upon completion, an email confirmation is sent to the team member.

    • Daily Reminders: If the questionnaire is not completed, The Admin Team will send daily reminders to the team member to ensure timely completion.
