Step 1: Downloading the Proposal
Click on Options, then select View.
Choose View Print PDF to download the proposal.
This will provide a PDF version of the proposal for your records.
Step 2: Copying the Test Client Folder
After downloading the PDF, navigate to Work Drive.
Go to Grant Management, then Clients, and locate the Test Client folder.
Check the box next to More options and select Copy to.
Ensure the destination is set to Clients, then select Copy.
This will create a copy of the folder for your records.
Step 3: Renaming Folders
Click into the copied folder.
Select More Options, then Rename.
Rename the folder to match the client's name.
Confirm that the client drive contains all required folders, including the Grant Submission Tracker.
Save the downloaded Proposal and Inquiry Form in the Client Drive > General Documents. Then, create a folder named Onboarding and save the files there.
Step 4: Duplicating the Folder
Go to the Connectors Hub and locate the Test Agency.
Click on More Options and select Duplicate.
Name the duplicated folder with the client’s name and set the location to Home.
Select Resources and uncheck Users while ensuring other options are checked.
Click on Save to complete the duplication.
Step 5: Positioning the Duplicated Folder
Drag the newly duplicated folder below and place in alphabetical order.
Open the folder to view the different resources.
Step 6: Inviting Team Members
Select More Options, then choose Invite People.
Add the team members', Chardé and Alicia.
Navigate to the Client tab, add the clients names and email address.
Click Send to complete the folder invitation.
Step 7: Sending Client Onboarding Invitations
Go to the Email Us section and choose the Save Replies option.
Select Client Onboarding Invitation and insert it into your message.
Update placeholders with the correct folder names before sending.
Step 8: Linking Correct Sections
Scroll down to ensure the correct links are added.
Link the Connectors Hub to the appropriate work area.
Right-click to copy the link address for the onboarding form and session.
Highlight the onboarding session reference.
Click Send to onboard the client.
Step 9: Updating Client Drive Link
Return to Work Drive and select the client's folder.
Click Share New External Link.
Set permissions to allow edit and create access, then click Copy.
Add the client's email and ensure they have edit capabilities before sharing.
Step 10: Finalizing Connection
Go back to the Connectors Hub.
Click More Actions and select Edit.
Paste the previously copied URL and click Save.
The folder should now be accessible through the external link.
